Contact page Burica Fine Art Conservation
Contact us with your email and phone number for a prompt and secure reply.
Please include a few snaps, front overall and back overall and some details of the damage and all four corners. Once I reply, I will ask for more information, sizes, and modes of attachment etc. Until I see it in person it is impossible to give an estimate.
Payment Guidelines.
Hello! You’re welcome to call me, but it’s really best to reach out via email using this contact link. When we do speak, I’ll have many questions to ensure I have all the information needed before providing an estimate. Thank you!
To encourage timely payment, we’re pleased to offer a 4% discount for payments made within 10 days. Please note that invoices paid after 30 days will incur an additional 4% fee, creating an effective 8% difference. Thank you for your prompt attention.
Please provide your email and phone number. I prioritize private, discreet, and secure client relationships.
We accept checks, wire transfers, Zelle QuickPay, and credit cards (with applicable fees, typically 3% for Squareup.com services).
To initiate work, please send deposits with tax as soon as possible; both individuals and insurance companies are subject to NY Sales Tax of 0.008875.
Additionally, the fee for a proposal is $1,500, which can be applied toward the conservation costs. Please send any available photos, especially of the back and sides, as well as macro close-ups. We look for layering and old repairs, and it is very challenging to give estimates without testing or seeing the works in person.
When I am asked for a ballpark estimate, please know I cannot truly know what the actual condition of the work is until I see it.
