There are several International Conservation Degree Programs where training is given. We get some inquires for internships, or experience requests; unfortunately, we are not hiring currently. If you want, we can talk, or even meet at the Met Museum, to look at the surfaces. I am extremely interested in conservation repairs and surface treatments and especially Varnish types and how the past treatments affect the artworks.
